Whether you're looking to organise a community function or searching for a location to host a family celebration, Belton’s Old School Village Hall won't disappoint. We've also got a range of bookable spaces for meetings and conferences. Plus, every booking helps look after this special place.
Refurbished in 2013, the Old School Village Hall is available for corporate and community hire and offers all the amenities you’d expect of a modern venue – with the added extra of being set in beautiful surroundings.
Located in the centre of Belton village, the venue is a short walk from the National Trust’s Belton Estate. With modern facilities, a professional service, and privacy assured, Belton’s Old School is the perfect place to hire.
The main hall can accommodate up to 60 people and is an ideal venue for larger meetings or conferences, parties, special celebrations or classes. The hall offers public Wi-Fi, 10 easily assembled rectangular tables, and 60 stackable chairs.
A fully functional kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, and crockery adjoins the hall.
If you are looking for a more intimate venue, the Old School meeting room offers comfortable seating for up to 12 delegates, boardroom style. The tables are interchangeable to allow for alternative set-up.
The meeting room offers modern conference room facilities including a digital projector, pull-down screen, public Wi-Fi and conference telephone. Flip charts are available upon request. The meeting room has an adjoining kitchenette with fridge and water heater.
Disabled access is available into the Main Hall with ambulant access to the Meeting Room.
All of the profits from the Village Hall help us continue our vital conservation work.

A boardroom available for 18 people, with an interactive video conferencing screen, flip chart and kitchenette. In room catering options are available upon request.
A more flexible space next to the Stanton Room, with hot desks, beanbags, and a sofa area. This space can be hired in addition to the Stanton Room.
The layout is flexible in this room, with a maximum capacity of 40. This room includes a projector and screen, flip chart, and kitchenette. In room catering options are available upon request.
The fishing lodge is available for hire between 10am - 2.30pm. It's located in a remote part of the gardens so therefore does not have toilet facilities or running water. The space has 2 dining tables with 4 chairs, and 4 armchairs.
