Bus services between Swindon, Devizes and Trowbridge serve Avebury well.Plan your visit
Dinton Park and Philipps House
Bus services from Salisbury and Tisbury stop within a 15-minute walk away.Plan your visit
Lacock
Bus services stop in Lacock village, where it is a 4 minute walk to Lacock Abbey. The nearest train stations are Melksham (3 miles) and Chippenham (3 ½ miles), where you can complete your journey by bus. National Cycle route 43 passes through Lacock village, with bike racks available.Plan your visit
Mompesson House
Bus services stop at various stops in Salisbury, all are within a short walk to Mompesson House. Salisbury train station is ½ mile away, where you can complete your journey on foot.Plan your visit

Bus services from Melksham pass through Holt, where it is a short walk. The closest train stations are Bradford on Avon (2 ½ miles) and Trowbridge (3 miles), where you can continue your journey by bus. National Cycle route 254 is 1 ¼ miles away.Plan your visit
