Parking and entry is free for all National Trust members with a valid membership card. Free admission promotional vouchers can be redeemed at Croft Castle (unless the terms and conditions of the voucher state otherwise). From January 8 - February 9 and November 4 - December 19 2024, the castle will be open for pre-booked guided tours only.

There are two toilet facilities with adaptations, which can be found adjacent to the tearoom, and within the castle.
Powered mobility vehicle available
There are two single-seater powered mobility vehicles. Booking is essential for both; you can book by calling 01568 780246.

Braille guides are available in the castle.
Steps/uneven terrain
The first floor of the castle can only be accessed by a staircase. Parts of the parkland have uneven terrain, natural paths and steps.

October half term at Croft Castle

Will your little ones be brave enough to explore the castle and gardens at Croft with our paranormal investigator children's trail, looking for ghosts at one of the most haunted houses in the midlands?

Winter weekday castle tours

On weekdays, from Monday 4 November, the castle at Croft Castle and Parkland will be open for guided tours only. The castle is usually closed during the week in winter, so this is a chance to get a behind-the-scenes peak in the castle.
