Annual General Meeting
Your Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday 2 November 2024 at the Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, and we'll share details on how to get involved from early September. In the meantime, recap on the 2023 voting results, watch a video of the event and more.
AGM 2024 – How you receive information about your AGM and National Trust elections is changing
At the 2021 AGM, members voted in support of receiving AGM and election information digitally, to help save costs, paper and carbon. That's why for 2024, your AGM booklet will be shared with you digitally rather than with your autumn magazine. From early September, your AGM booklet will be available on this page and will contain links to vote online and register your interest to attend the AGM. If you wish to vote or register your interest to attend the AGM by post, you're still able to do this upon request. You'll need to request a paper AGM booklet in advance and further information about this process will be available to members from June.
