Please note that Heelis is not usually open to the general public.
About Heelis
Heelis is a remarkable example of innovative and sustainable building construction and was designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Architects in 2005.
This architectural gem uses timber from woodlands in our care and wool from Herdwick sheep grazed on Trust farmlands to help make it a unique working environment.

Getting here
By road
From M4 junction 16, follow signs for Outlet Centre North car park.
Parking: 100 yards, not National Trust (charges apply, including members).
By bus
Alight at Rodbourne Road (200 yards).
By train
The closest station is Swindon, less than a mile from Heelis.
On foot
From the town centre follow finger post signs through tunnel beneath the railway line to Swindon Designer Outlet.
