In 2024 we are throwing a spotlight on the inspiration and history of the architecture of Ickworth. Discover more about how the building developed over successive generations of the Hervey family into the house we know today on this guided tour.

Head to the Welcome Point to sign in and pick up your ticket.

What to bring and wear

The House can be cold on cooler days so wear layers. You may be asked to wear shoe coverings if your shoes are muddy. Large backpacks and push chairs can be left at the front door.

Accessibility

Manual wheelchairs are available. House accessible by lift to all floors.

Other

Sign in and pick up your ticket at the Welcome Point then head over to the front of the Rotunda to start the tour. Please do not bring food and drink into the Rotunda.
