Although the majority of people do gamble responsibly, as lottery operators we are aware that for some people gambling can be a problem. Find out how to self-exclude from National Trust Raffles.
To self-exclude from National Trust Raffles you can contact our Supporter Service Centre by:
If you elect to self-exclude, you may not purchase National Trust raffle tickets for the period of self-exclusion and will not be sent any related marketing for the period of self-exclusion.
At the end of the self-exclusion period (minimum of six months), you may request to purchase further National Trust raffle tickets by contacting our Supporter Services Centre using the contact information above.
The exclusion will still apply unless you opt back in to receive raffle communications. If you do request to opt-in (after a minimum of six months of self-exclusion) then there will be a 24 hour cooling off period before the exclusion is removed.
If you are worried about your gambling or that of someone close to you, Gamble Aware can provide support and information.
You can also seek advice and support from trained counsellors at the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133
The helpline is open 24 hours a day.
