This month sees not one, but two high-profile TV series' featuring the places we look after in Bucks, Berks and Oxfordshire.

Basildon Park and Claydon in series three of Bridgerton 

Season three of Bridgerton drops on Netflix this month. Why not tune in and see if you can spot Basildon Park and Claydon taking their turn in the spotlight? Bridgerton follows the trials and tribulations of eight close-knit siblings as they navigate Regency-era London’s competitive marriage market and shows a glamorous version of how our places might have looked in their heyday. The series is based on the best-selling novels by Julia Quinn and produced by Shondaland.

Hidden Treasures of the National Trust 

Hidden Treasures of the National Trust returns to BBC2 for a second series on 10 May and we're excited that it features two of our properties from Bucks, Berks and Ox. Reflecting the national scale and importance of the Trust’s many properties and the passionate staff and volunteers who help care for them, the series reveals new and compelling stories about the work going on behind the scenes to conserve these incredible properties and objects for us all.

Basildon Park Visions Unreel 

Basildon Park has a long association with TV and film as one of the National Trust's most popular filming locations. See the mansion and garden on Season Three of Bridgerton, streaming from 16 May, and glimpse behind the scenes on location at Basildon Park in Visions Unreel. The exhibition takes you on a journey from Netherfield Park in Pride and Prejudice 20 years ago, to more recent showcases in The Crown and The Gentlemen. The exhibitions opens on 18 May.
