Walking in nature has physical benefits but also has a profound impact on our mental health, and when you walk with others, the experience is only enhanced. Join us for a restorative and soothing wellbeing walk on Wednesday 22nd May and reconnect with nature.
This is a gentle walk around our yellow route (roughly 1.2km), led by an experienced walking volunteer. Afterwards you are welcome to join the group for a cup of tea in the café.
