National Walking Month: Mental Health Awareness Walk

It's been proven that getting outdoors can improve your mental and physical well-being, so join us for a walk to boost your health.

Join the volunteer walking team on a free guided walk from Brownstone car park to Froward Point and back.

This free guided walk to Froward Point takes in the National Coastwatch station and military coastal defence. The walk is approx 3km long with a mixture of accessible and challenging pathways. Please note there are no toilet facilities available.

Children are very welcome when accompanied by an adult.

Please meet in Brownstone car park.

What to bring and wear

Please wear waterproof weather appropriate clothing and footwear.

Accessibility

This is a 3km walk with inclines. Please note only half of the route is an accessible route.
