Gentle Stroll: moving for mental health

Give your brain a boost this Mental Health Awareness week and join us for a gentle stroll to discover the benefits of movement in nature.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event

This Mental Health Awareness week is all about movement! Our brains and bodies are powerfully connected, and even a short ten-minute walk can help boost our mood, reduce stress levels, and enhance our wellbeing. Combine this with soaking up the natural environment, and you have a match made in heaven.

That is why we are thrilled to be hosting this free, gentle stroll, so that you too can experience the magic of mindful movement in nature!

Aimed at providing with you with the confidence and skills that you need to make getting active outside a habit, the walk provides a safe space to clear your head, quietly reflect on the present and to connect with your body.

In partnership with nature and wellbeing advocate, Michelle Grieve, who will be leading you on this journey.

Free, no booking required.

Afterwards, View Café will be open for you to purchase a comforting brew and sweet treat.
