This November we will be taking visitors behind the scenes at Chedworth Roman Villa. You will be able to see how the conservation team protects our mosaics, hypocausts, ancient walls and bathhouses. You will find out about conservation techniques and be able to interact with our volunteers as they prepare the site for the coming winter. There will be talks, demonstrations and tours that reveal the planning, skill and precision needed to preserve an 1800-year-old Roman villa.
