- Free event (admission applies)
Spend time in Acorn Bank garden and woodland with Wild Soul practitioner Alex Murgatroyd who will lead you through the seasonal highlights at Acorn Bank, taking time to notice and fully engage with nature.
Alex is leading 3 Nature Connection walks at Acorn Bank this year – one in each season. Take part in all three to see the seasons change through all your senses, or sign up for just one – it's up to you.
Alex is a yoga teacher who specialises in Yoga for Autism and ADHD. Alex believes that at its simplest, being present in nature and feeling what’s happening around you is a form of yoga. This event represents a unique opportunity to access the gardens at their most peaceful, after Acorn Bank closes to the public for the day.
