Join our team's history buff to step back in time on a FREE guided walk.

A guided walk to delve into the fascinating history of Souter's coastline, from medieval ploughing through two World Wars and beyond. Discover the story behind Salmon's Hall (aka Marsden Cottage), synonymous with several South Shields shipping magnates. You'll also hear tales of various bays and beaches, witness to centuries of human activity, before heading to Trow Quarry. 2 - 3 miles.
This event is free. Donations are very welcome and will go directly towards caring for Souter Lighthouse, its coastline, heritage and wildlife.

Children aged 8+ are welcome. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
