Great Big Green Week at Wentworth Castle Gardens
Join us to celebrate the greenest festival around with themed walks, talks, top eco tips and some community craftivism.

Learn about all things green at Wentworth Castle Gardens. Our Outdoors team will be sharing their sustainable gardening top tips and we will have activities on selected days including:
The Big Help Out - Saturday 8 June - Bring the whole family along to help with some tasks around the gardens.
Ranger walk - Monday 10 June, 11am - Join our ranger on a walk out into the parkland to learn about sustainable woodland management.
Community craftivism - Saturday 8 and Friday 14 June - Join our Create and Craft volunteers to discover some creative ways to use recycled materials.
Compost talks - 10-14 June, 12pm - Our popular compost chat with a gardener will return, meet at the top of Lady Lucy's walk.
Pop into the Long Barn Café to find out about our reusable cups scheme, pick up some used coffee grounds perfect for extra garden nutrition, or choose a book from our Second-hand bookshop.
All Great Big Green Week events are free, but donations towards keeping Wentworth Castle Gardens green would be welcomed.
