The campervan field remains open for bookings until the end of October 2024. No overnight camping, BBQ's, fires or naked flames allowed at Freshwater West beach and car park.

Dogs allowed
Welcome under close control on the beach and bridleways. No dogs allowed on the permissive paths due to sensitive wildlife.
National Trust car park has uneven ground, with gravel and grass in overflow car park. Toilets available. Uneven, steep gradients on paths to beach.
Steps/uneven terrain
By road
Follow the B4319. The turning to the farm is on the right hand side (coming from Castlemartin) approximately 1 mile from the village and before you descend to Freshwater West beach. Please note it's a concealed entrance; look for the pink banner.
Parking: Free National Trust car park at Freshwater West is open for visitors to use from dawn until dusk. Please note that overnight parking and camping are not permitted here. The car park is also not suitable for coaches. Gupton Farm has its own free car park for guests staying at the campsite and farmhouse.

Gupton Farm at Freshwater West beach has camping, surf lodge accommodation and community facilities. It's a great place to based yourself for a short break or longer stay. Consistent swell and strong waves make this special place one of Wales’ top surfing spots. A haven for wildlife makes this a great place for wildflowers and a variety of birds.
