Chatham is situated in the west wing of Bosloe House, the oldest part of the building, built in 1903. Its elegant Arts and Crafts style interiors are complemented by views across rolling lawns and the Helford River. The ground floor has been remodelled to make it fully accessible for visitors using wheelchairs.
Rise early and after breakfast, make the short one mile walk to the beautiful Glendurgan Garden, a large exotic garden, with lots of fascinating nooks and crannies to explore. Sunny, south-facing beach, Durgan, is just a few minutes from the house.
Further afield, head to Falmouth, just 10 miles away from the cottage. This pretty port town has a number of local attractions including Pendennis Castle, Trebah and Falmouth Art Gallery.
Bosveal (sleeps 10) and Court (sleeps 10) are also in Bosloe House and The Apple Store (sleeps two) is a short walk away. They can be booked together.

Induction hob: Please note there is an induction hob at this cottage. Guests with pacemakers are advised to check with their doctor to ensure there will be no interference with their pacemaker. Guests with pacemakers are also advised to keep a distance of at least 60cm (2ft) from the hob when cooking.

Parking: There is limited parking at the property so vehicles are restricted to three per booking.
Garden: The three cottages in Bosloe House benefit from a large shared garden.
