Forest bathing morning retreats
Designed to give the opportunity to just be yourself for a while, these sessions explore the wonders of the natural world through guided meditation. Entrance to the Arts & Crafts house & garden and a hot drink is included. 2.5 hour session.

Forest Bathing, or Shinrin Yoku, is a mindfulness practice of immersing your senses into a forest or woodland atmosphere. Join Emma Weaver, forest and nature therapy guide, for this forest bathing session, where she'll guide you through a series of gentle meditations to help to promote relaxation whilst mindfully exploring the natural environment around you. Forest Bathing has many scientifically proven benefits to health. You will learn more about these during your session but here are just a few of them;- It helps to calm the nervous system, lower blood pressure and boost the immune system.

We ask participants to gather 15 minutes before the start time (10.15am) at Goose Green where you will be met by Forest Bathing Guide Emma Weaver.
- What to bring and wear
Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and being outside in the woodland.
