Important notice
Our spaces remain open, but high winds are forecast on Friday 21st February and Sunday 23rd February. Caution this weekend is strongly advised when walking around our sites due to the weather.
Car park
Parking at Dover’s Hill is pay-by-app via JustPark - members park for free after validating membership on the app. Signal in the car park is limited, so payment can be completed before, during or after your visit if required. Parking charges at Dover’s Hill are £1 for an hour, £3 for half a day and £4 for a day. Follow signage for more information.
Dogs allowed
Dogs must be on leads due to grazing livestock.
Level access and hard track from car park to view point. Sloping and uneven ground - steep in places. Assistance dogs welcome

Level access through pedestrian gate on hard track from car park to viewpoint.
Steps/uneven terrain
Turning north from the view point the going is level, mildly undulating grass, giving expansive views over the Vale of Evesham. Below this top area the ground becomes steeper and more undulating.

1 mile (1.6km) north-west of Chipping Campden on the B4035 between Evesham and Shipston-on-Stour

About Dover's Hill
Dover's Hill was the site of the original English Olympic Games, which began here 400 years ago in 1612. The tradition continues with the annual Cotswold Olimpicks - a fun-packed day for all ages.
Of course, there's much more to this historical amphitheatre than just fun and games. This mixture of grassland and woodland includes the site of a Roman vineyard and is also home to a variety of birds, insects and wild flowers.
