National Trust app FAQ

Changes to our mobile phone app for Windows users

Unfortunately, the National Trust app is no longer available for Windows mobile phones. As only a very few of our supporters (less than one per cent) were downloading the app on a Windows phone, we carefully made the decision to concentrate our resources on making the app compatible with future versions of iOS and Android software.

For those people who use a Windows phone, we’re sorry that the app is no longer available. Please note, however, that the National Trust website is designed to be mobile-friendly, meaning you'll still be able to find out all the latest opening times, prices and events on your device.
