For a romantic Cotswold getaway that oozes rustic charm, stay at Spring Cottage. Inside the one-bedroom nook, original low beamed ceilings, woodburner and mosaicked floors add to its country cottage character. It sits in the secluded, but pretty village of Snowshill, where signs of modern-day life are sparse.
Just opposite the cottage is 16th-century Snowshill Manor House and Garden, where guests can enjoy complimentary entry during opening hours.
