A converted former farmhouse surrounded by walking trails near the unspoilt coast of Polruan.
Tippett’s is located in a traditional slate-hung farm building that was once the main farmhouse, but now houses three holiday cottages Tippett's, Triggabrowne Farm House (sleeps four) and Triggabrowne Dairy Cottage (sleeps two). Tippet’s retains many original features including slate floors.
Head out for a walk along the unspoilt coast between Polruan and Polperro. You could discover the sandy beaches of Lantic Bay and Lansallos Cove or the stunning seascapes upon Pencarrow Head on your hikes. You’ll find lots of information about walking trails in the cottage, all prepared with the specialist knowledge of our rangers.
Take a short drive to Lanhydrock, a stunning Victorian country house, garden and wooded estate, which is also in our care. The estate even boasts 10km of family-friendly off-road cycle tracks. Fowey is just a short ferry ride away for anyone looking to explore this bustling Cornish town.
There are six other cottages in the area, which can be booked together for groups of up to 25.
Ground floor: Sitting room with solid-fuel stove. Double bedroom with 6' bed (which can be a twin on request) with en-suite shower room and toilet.
First floor: Twin bedroom (which can be a double on request). Kitchen-diner. Bathroom with shower over bath.
Shared garden with lawn. There is a small cobbled patio area outside the cottage and also a picnic table and charcoal barbecue on the lawn opposite the cottage.

WiFi: We’re pleased to provide free WiFi access at this accommodation, which is supported by BT. Please note intermittent connection problems can sometimes occur and therefore should not be relied upon.
Heating: Night storage heating and convector heating included.
Parking: A shared gravel area is close by for parking. There are several steps from the car park to the cottage.
Utilities: The washing machine and tumble dryer are shared with the other cottages and housed in an outbuilding.
Logs/charcoal: Environmentally friendly briquettes for use on the fire and charcoal for the barbecue can be bought at the time of booking or whilst at the cottage.
Please note: The bedroom windows overlook the garden of Triggabrowne Farm House.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.
There are seven cottages in the area, which can be booked together for groups of up to 25. Fortescue (sleeps six) is joined to Hayrick Cottage (sleeps four). Triggabrowne Dairy Cottage (sleeps two), Triggabrowne Farm House (sleeps four) and Tippett's (sleeps four) are in a former farmhouse next-door. A short walk away are two semi-detached cottages, Triggabrowne Meadow Cottage (sleeps three) and Triggabrowne Cottage (sleeps two).
