Gift membership prize draw

We're offering members an exclusive opportunity to enter a prize draw for the chance to win one of five National Trust gift cards when you buy someone a gift membership online. When you give someone membership, not only are you giving them the chance to make new memories in places filled with nature and history, you're also helping to protect those places.

The prize

The five lucky winners of this member-exclusive prize draw will each win a £100 National Trust gift card.

How to enter

To enter the prize draw, you'll need to:

Be a member and purchase a gift membership online between 14 November and 11.59pm on 8 December; and
Email takepart@nationaltrust.org.uk before 11:59pm on Sunday 8 December 2024, with 'Gift Membership Prize Draw' as the subject line. Please include your full name, membership number and email address.

The winners will be drawn at random and notified on or before Friday 20 December 2024.

The prize draw is open to National Trust members, excluding National Trust employees, only.

The prize draw is only valid for existing members who buy a new gift membership online.

The following gift memberships are eligible: Individual adult, young person, joint, family, life and junior memberships.

Members paying for gift memberships in person, by telephone or via the National Trust online retail shop will not be eligible to take part in the prize draw.

To enter, you’ll need to be a member and purchase a gift membership online between 14 November and 11.59pm on Sunday 8 December 2024.

Each gift membership purchase will entitle the member to one entry into the prize draw.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

The prize draw closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 08 December 2024. Prize draw entries will not be accepted after this time.

Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted.

Five winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

The winners will be notified by email by 5pm on Friday 20 December 2024 via the email address associated with their membership.

The winners of the prize draw will each win a £100 National Trust gift card.

Gift cards will be posted to the winners at the address associated with their membership, unless a winner has notified us of a different address within five business days of receipt of the notification email.

All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative or refund can be made.

The surname and county of the winners will be published on our website or made available on request. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact us separately at takepart@nationaltrust.org.uk.

Events may occur that may render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond our control, and accordingly we may vary or amend the promotion. We’ll do everything we reasonably can to ensure that participants receive prizes of at least equal value.

Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will be processed as set out in our privacy policy.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
