Who are the Back in Time reminiscence sessions for?
The sessions are suitable for people living with mild to moderate dementia. They must also be accompanied by a carer or companion.
What are Back in Time reminiscence sessions?
These free bookable sessions are held on a monthly basis to encourage adults living with dementia, together with their carers or family, to share their memories over a cup of tea and cake. Our Dementia Friendly team use interesting objects from the past, music, photos and chat in an informal way to trigger those hidden stories.
When are the sessions?
Our Back in Time sessions are held on the first Monday in the month at the Birmingham Back to Backs.
