Visit Wightwick Manor on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 November to see the Mander's Victorian cook, Lucy Clarke, as she celebrates 'Stir-up Sunday'.
Learn about the history and traditions this centuries-old annual tradition where cooks spend the last Sunday before Advent 'stirring up' their Christmas pudding.
Lucy will be in the kitchens between 11:30am - 1pm and 2pm to 3pm.
No booking required, part of your normal visit to the Manor, normal admission costs apply.

You can find Lucy in the kitchen, which will be towards the end of your visit around the Manor. The Manor is open 11am - 3pm. The demonstrations will be on from 11am - 1pm and 1:30pm - 2:30pm.
- What to bring and wear
Please no stiletto heels or large bags in the Manor.
- Accessibility
The Manor kitchen is only accessible via a small number of stairs. There will be at least one chair in the room that can be sat upon.

Throughout the day Wolverhampton glass artist Suzie from Suzie Lavender Contemporary Glass will be teaching two sessions of fused glass making techniques. These workshops are suitable for beginners or as a refresher course.
