Wimpole Hall multi-sensory tour
Step into the past with our brand-new Multi-Sensory Tour through Wimpole Hall, an immersive experience that brings the estate’s history to life through sight, sound, touch, and smell.
- Booking essential
- Admission applies
With your guide you’ll explore the public and private lives of the families and staff who once called Wimpole home, pausing in five key rooms across the ground and basement floors of the 17th century mansion. Along the way, you’ll be encouraged to engage all your senses—hear the echoes of the estate at work, feel the intricate textures of Georgian décor, and breathe in the subtle scents of period life, from coal fire to pineapple.
These pilot tours are designed to be accessible to a wide range of visitors, and we warmly invite your feedback to help shape future tours in 2025.
