Want to learn more about the wonderful fungi you might see growing at Arlington?

Join volunteer Mandy on a fungi walk around the grounds of Arlington. Mandy will help you spot a range of fungi and tell you more about them. For instance did you know that if you spot a Waxcap on your walk, it might mean it’s an ancient grassland.

This event is weather dependant and may get cancelled if there has been a frost.

What to bring and wear

Please wear sturdy footwear/ wellington boots and dress for the weather conditions. The route will be off paths in long grass and over uneven terrain, including steep slopes.

Accessibility

This walk will go off main pathways and will be uneven underfoot.
