Orchard Month: Walk and Apple Press Demonstration
Learn about Killerton's apple heritage and see a 200 year old apple press in action.

Join a guided walk through one of Killerton's heritage orchards to the the home of Killerton's 200 year old apple press. At the press, you will meet members of Killerton's ranger team, who will demonstrate the use of the press and share the history of Killerton's cider making.

Meet outside the engine house in Killerton's main car park. EX5 3LE
- What to bring and wear
Walking boots or wellingtons are recommended, as you will be walking across grass through an orchard. Dress for the weather.
- Accessibility
There are accessible toilets and disabled car parking bays in the main visitor car park. However the walk to the press is across uneven ground in an orchard. The distance to walk is approximately 650m each way. For those who need it, there is limited parking at the press. Please phone 01392 881345 to book a space, before completing your booking.
