Screening of 'Six Inches of Soil' film, followed by Q&A session

This inspiring film, co-hosted by National Trust and Springwater Farm shows how sustainable farming can restore nature and feed the planet. Arrive early to enjoy a beef burger made from 100% organic pasture fed highland cattle.

Springwater Farm Highland beef burgers on sale from 6pm. Film starts at 6.45pm. The film is followed by a short comfort break and a Q&A session. On Thursday 17th October, panelists include: Holly Purdy, Horner Farm David Hogan, Soil Scientist Simon Bates, National Trust (Three Rivers Project) Seb Allen-Mephan, Bat Conservation Trust. On Friday 18th October, panelists will include: Greg Parsons, Sharpham Dairy Abby Allen, Pipers Farm Simon Bates, National Trust. What to bring and wear

The screening will take place inside a barn. Please dress warmly.

Accessibility

Parking close to the barn will be reserved for people with impaired mobility. However the barn is accessed by walking through a farm yard. The barn itself has a concrete floor. Compost toilets are available but these are not wheelchair friendly.
