As part of the Walking Weekend at Lorna Doone Valley join the North Devon Ramblers on a ramble around this historic area. The walk will take in the best sights and sounds of this picturesque area. The walk will take you from Malmsmead to Oare Church and over to Cloud Farm. Along Badgworthy Water to the medieval village before ascending up Lankcome Ford.
This is an adventurous and challenging walk over 8 miles. Please make sure to wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather. Waterproof clothing is advised as the weather is very changeable. If you are planning on taking part insure that you have brought your own food and drinks.
The walk leaves the Lorna Doone Valley car park at 10:30am. Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes before as the walk will leave promptly at 10:30.
