Heritage open days at Lydford Gorge
Come for a walk at the gorge for free once more as part of the Heritage Open Days.

Hike down into the ravine for the Devil's Cauldron with it's platform over the river in the deepest part of the gorge. Plus, walk down to see the towering Whitelady Waterfall on a lovey walk through ancient woodland. Friday 13 and Saturday 14 September, between 10am and 4.30pm. Free entry.

The basics
- What to bring and wear
We recommend sturdy footwear with good grip for walking the trails.
- Accessibility
Steep slopes and narrow paths. Slippery and uneven path surfaces. Step free but steep route to Whitelady Waterfall. Step free route to bird hide.

Dogs are welcome, please keep them on a short lead at all times, and out of the water.
