Summer of Play: Make your own Egyptian artefact
Write your name in hieroglyphs, inspired by the ones in our Egyptian collection at Kingston Lacy. Drop in between 10am and 3pm and have fun creating a special clay artefact to take home.

Pop into one of our weekly craft sessions and create something wonderful.
This week we're celebrating the Festival of Archaeology in our Egyptian clay sessions. Write your name in hieroglyphs and create something beautiful with air dry clay. Ari from our house team will also be there share some of the stories behind the hieroglyphs and our fascinating Egyptian objects at Kingston Lacy.
All sessions are free, donations welcome.
If we are exceptionally busy, we may ask you to pop back later in the day.

- What to bring and wear
We have aprons available for children to wear, but please wear clothes you don't mind getting messy.
- Accessibility
