Experience the house and gardens in a new light and discover how Henrietta Bankes influenced and shaped the house and gardens as we see them today.
This is a guided tour of the house before opening including a tour of the gardens led by volunteer guides. Henrietta loved to entertain so be our guest as you explore how Henrietta made her mark at Kingston Lacy.
Tours run on a Tuesday on the following dates: 16 July, 30 July, 13 August and 27 August.
Each tour start at 9.40am and end at 11am. Tickets cost £10 per person. Please note, this ticket does not include entry to Kingston Lacy.
If you are a member please have your membership card ready to be scanned. If you are a non-member please note you will need to pay £19 ( or gift aid £21) for admission to the property.

Please head to Visitor Reception to scan your membership card or pay for entry before making your way to the tour start location of the house entrance.
- What to bring and wear
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the time of year.
- Accessibility
This event includes 5 flights of stairs. We have a limited number of portable folding stools available to use throughout the tour, available to pick up at the front of house at the start of the tour.
