Little ones will love these outdoor yoga sessions with Clary Hughes of Enguard Kids Yoga (www.facebook.com/enguardkidsyoga).
The sessions last approximately 45 minutes, and is suitable for children aged 5 - 11 years old.
Earlier sessions are available for younger children with their grown-ups, please see the other event listing to book.
We ask responsible adults to remain on the nearby seating and not leave their children unattended.
Clary has been teaching yoga to children in and around Wimborne since the summer of 2021.
Trained in the Yoga Bananas Technique® Clary has recently completed the British Wheel of Yoga’s Teacher Training, nurturing her interest and understanding and enhancing her classes and school holiday retreats. Clary has been practising yoga since 1999 and has a heartfelt wish to plant yoga seeds to children and young people; seeds of potential for physical and mental wellness – with plenty of fun along the way.

- Meeting point
Follow the directions from Visitor Reception. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your session starts.
- What to bring and wear
Please wear suitable stretchy clothing for yoga (no really loose clothes or jeans). Yoga mats and equipment are provided.
- Accessibility
These sessions are on grass (with yoga mats) and may not be suitable for all mobility aids. If you would like to attend and would like to discuss your access requirements, please call 01202 883402.
