- What to bring and wear
Wear sensible footwear for approx. 3hr walk on uneven ground. Waterproofs or sunscreen depending on the weather. Bring refreshments- cafes available in the park.

Uneven ground, tidal causeway with slippery conditions, 3mile, 3hr walk. Restricted kissing gates. No toilets- facilities available in Promenade park.
