Heritage Open Days is England's largest festival of history and culture, bringing together local people, organisations, and thousands of volunteers. Every year, people come together across England to celebrate their heritage, community, and history.

Please note that if we are very busy, we may need to close our carpark temporarily on the day, but always try to reopen as soon as possible.

Hard paths in main garden. Step free access to Rose Garden. Steep incline from the Visitor Centre - buggy available on select days, please ask. Accessible toilets on site.
