Veteran tree walk at Knole with Tree Craft
Join a guided walk led by Richard Arnold, Director of Tree Craft, who help Knole look after the many important trees that grow in the parkland.

Knole is home to many significant and impressive trees, with some over 200 years old. They are not only important to the health and diversity of the environment, but they are also a key feature for wildlife, especially nesting birds. This walk will be led by Richard Arnold, Director of Tree Craft, who help Knole look after the trees in the parkland. Richard will share his extensive knowledge of the landscape at Knole and the ancient tree populations.
After the walk, which will take about 45 minutes, there will be drinks and biscuits available and time to ask Richard any questions you may have.

- Meeting point
Please meet by the picnic corral ready to start the walk at 10.30am.
- What to bring and wear
Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day. Paths can become muddy after rain.
- Accessibility
The paths are relatively flat but this walk will go off paths at points so is unsuitable for buggies or manual wheelchairs.
- Other
Please arrive in good time for the start of the event as the walk will start promptly. This event is not suitable for dogs (except assistance dogs).
