Grand trees and glistening decorations fill a selection of the historic showrooms with sparkling displays inspired by Knole’s silver collection. Objects normally tucked away in the King’s Room will take centre stage across the showrooms, alongside towering trees draped with silver and frosted decorations.
Climb the spiral stairs in the Gatehouse Tower for panoramic views of the parkland and a 1930s-inspired festive atmosphere.
Wednesday 4 December: Knole is closing early for a private event. last entry to the showrooms and Gatehouse Tower is 1.30pm and Knole closes at 2pm.

On arrival please go to the Visitor Centre, which is located in Green Court.
- What to bring and wear
The showrooms can be cold so we advise wearing layers.
- Accessibility
The Brewhouse Cafe, Great Hall and Visitor Centre are all step-free. The majority of the showrooms are upstairs. There is an accessible toilet in Green Court and in the Conversation Studio, opposite the Brewhouse Cafe.

Normal admission charges to Knole apply. To use the National Trust car park, pre-book admission per person (not per vehicle) to guarantee entry. National Trust members visit and park free; non-members will need to purchase an admission ticket to Knole.
