Are you ready to connect with nature once more and come home to the land around you?

In this family friendly event we will be using mindfulness and ritual to connect with nature and ourselves.

This is a free introduction event where you will get to experience forest bathing, mindful nature activities, community and creativity.

This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

What to bring and wear

Dress for the weather forecast and bring extra layers for the meditation. Bring a yoga mat or camping chair and bring a torch. You may also want to bring a journal.

Accessibility

The main path is of crushed stone with some tree roots and a maximum gradient of 10%. Side paths are narrow and unsurfaced with tree roots, logs and muddy patches to negotiate.
