12noon-3pm: BioBlitz (Meet in Walled Garden)

Join us as we assess the biodiversity in the Walled Garden. Sweep netting, beat trays, botanical surveys, and grubbing about to identify the many plants and invertebrates that are present in the grounds. Some ID sheets and sampling material is provided, but please feel free to bring your own.

We will be recording all species found using the app 'iNaturalist' found on Google play store and Apple app store. Please install the app and create an account prior to attending. The main invertebrate groups will be spiders, molluscs, insects, woodlice, springtails and earthworms.
