Book your place for free tai chi sessions this summer in Rufford Old Hall's peaceful garden. Sessions take place every Tuesday between 25 June and 23 July, and you're welcome to stay and explore the house and grounds and enjoy a drink or bite to eat in the tea-room. Maximum of 15 people per session.
