Christmas 2024 at Seaton Delaval Hall is all about enjoying the simpler side of the festive season, complete with natural decorations, live music and song, seasonal eats, winter walks and the hall magically lit, indoors and out.

Extended opening Friday 13 and Saturday 14 December

No need to book! Join us to enjoy the hall bathed in festive lighting inside and out on the north front as we keep the hall open until 8pm. Bring your family, meet your friends and enjoy an evening of Christmas magic at Seaton Delaval Hall. You can also enjoy live music from engaging and quirky classical violinist with the burning satirical wit, Sid Bowfin. In fine attire, the madcap violinist presents his seasonal repertoire, filled with classical favourites delivered with jaw dropping mastery and festive abandon. Last seen at Seaton Delaval Hall for A Night of Fire & Theatre in 2022, we’re delighted to welcome him back this Christmas. Drop into the Stables workshop for festive family crafts and create a decoration for your tree or to gift to a loved one.

Please be aware that access is focused on the hall's indoor spaces including the Saloon, Entrance Hall, Stables and West Wing. This is not a light show and the gardens are not accessible.
