Summer of Play

There’s lots of fun to be had this summer at Seaton Delaval Hall. From Saturday 20 July to Sunday 1 September, join us for a host of activities inspired by the Delavals’ love of fun, theatricality and mischief.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

From ball games to board games, picnic spots to café stops and junk orchestras to string quartets (sort of!), there are a host of activities for everyone to enjoy this summer holiday, all included with standard admission.

Enjoy an ice cream from the Summerhouse, or relax at a shady picnic spot in the Arboretum or grab some lunch from the Brewhouse. Put your sun hat on – or, possibly, your wellies - and come and make the most of being outdoors this summer!

Summer of Play is sponsored by Starling Bank and supported by Sport England.
