Big Autumn Walk

Join us on 9th November for a choice of one of three guided walks to learn about the amazing history of the Belfast hills, and a chance to connect with nature.

  • Booking essential

Visitors to the hills will be able to choose one of the three guided walks on offer, provided by Ligoniel Improvement Association, Cave Hill Conservation Campaign and the National Trust, supported by Belfast Hills Partnership.

The Belfast hills are rich in heritage, archaeology, folklore and is an area of outstanding beauty.

Each walk will start at one the three different locations (Divis & the Black Mountain, Ligoniel Dams and Belfast Castle), and will take visitors on a journey of discovery.

These walks will require a moderate level of fitness and require weather appropriate clothing & sturdy boots, we will be following tracks and trails and sometimes going off-path.

On each walk our guides will tell you all about what makes each area unique and what keeps them connected.
