On Wednesdays we will be offering quieter sessions of our Meet Father Christmas event for individuals with additional needs. Come and enjoy the same magical experience in a calmer and more relaxed environment. A BSL interpreter will be available

  • Booking essential
  • Admission applies

Christmas is a wonderful time of year, with all the sights, sounds and excitement that this time of year brings. We appreciate that for some, this can be a sensory overload so we have created a quieter Christmas experience for you to enjoy. Greeted by our wonderful guides you can spend time in Father Christmas's grotto, playing with the toys before each family is taken through to visit Father Christmas in his cosy living room. You will have extra time with Father Christmas to tell him what you would like. There will be time to take a photo and each child will be given a magical coin to spend in the Elves toyshop. Our friendly helpers are on hand to help you capture that perfect picture. A BSL interpreter is also available for these session for children and Grownups who require this. Each child tickets includes one accompanying adult. Additional adults are charged at £2.50 - payable by card on the day.
