Embrace mindfulness and engage the senses on the Lower Pond’s Yoga Walk.

This short walk around Great Pond and Miller’s Pond includes a number of opportunities to learn and practise a range of yoga poses.

Yoga brings together mind, body and spirit to improve mental wellbeing as well as helping develop flexibility, strength and co-ordination.

This walk is suitable for all and no prior knowledge of yoga is required. All the poses are standing and no specialist equipment is needed. Footwear should be suitable for paths which can be muddy.

Refreshments can be purchased before or after the walk at the café kiosk and there are toilets located here too.

Distance: 2.6km/ 1.6 miles.

Meeting point

The Yoga Walk will take place from the Park Centre.

What to bring and wear

Please wear sturdy outdoor shoes and dress for the Great British Weather. Bring appropriate snacks and water if needed.

Accessibility

There are accessible toilets located at the Park Centre, please note this walk is on uneven terrain.
