Summer of Play: Yoga Sessions
It’s Yoga for kids! With different sessions aimed at ages 5 – 14, find the one that’s right for you.

These sessions are designed to promote physical health, mindfulness, and fun for kids of all ages.
• 10.00 - 10.30am: Years 1 & 2, storytelling and yoga based on ‘Every Bunny is a Yoga Bunny’
• 11.30am - 12.00pm: Years 2 – 6, a series of games followed by relaxation
• 1.00 - 1.30pm: Years 7 – 11, mindfulness, mental health and relaxation
• 2.00 - 2.30pm: Years 7 – 11, mindfulness, mental health and relaxation
Please dress for the Great British weather as the session will still take place in mild rain, in cases of extreme weather the event may be cancelled and a full refund will be offered.
