Summer of Play: Family Sound Bath Experience
Let the sounds of Singing Bowls and Gongs wash over you in this relaxed wellbeing experience.

Led by the Congeries of Sound, relax and immerse yourself in a mindful music session.
These sound baths incorporate the use of Gongs, Rav Drums, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Percussion Instruments and Channeled Chanting a form of light language (Darren’s specialty!)
These experiences will take place in the Old Hall, before and after opening to the public for exclusive access. There will also be a drop-in session in the North Orchard where there is no need to book.
• Session 1: 9.45-10.45am in the Old Hall - bookable online
• Session 2: 11:30am – 1.00pm in the North Orchard – drop in session
• Session 3: 3.00-4.00pm in the Old Hall - bookable online
Please dress for the Great British weather as the session will still take place in mild rain, in cases of extreme weather the event may be cancelled and a full refund will be offered.

- What to bring and wear
Please bring an exercise mat or something to lie on during the session. Please bring water and sun cream if it is hot.

There will be chairs provided for people unable to lie on the ground.
