Join us for a walk through Ilam Park identifying wildlife with our experienced guide.
Learn about the kinds of birds that fly in our skies, the wildflowers that grow on the hills, the insect life that can be spotted close up and much more.
Perfect for families, the walk is approximately 2 miles over fields through the parkland and possibly further out into the wider landscape is appropriate on the day. Accompanied children aged 11 years and over welcome. Unfortunately this is a dog free walk due to the nature of wildlife spotting.
The walk includes a 10% discount voucher for the Manifold Tearoom for the day of the walk.

Meet at the Welcome Hut in Ilam Park (where you'll also find signs for the Manifold Tea-Room, our secondhand bookshop and toilets).
- What to bring and wear
Wear sturdy shoes and come prepared for the weather, that might be sunhats or raincoats.

Route involves some slopes and stony paths.

Unfortunately this is a dog free walk due to the nature of wildlife spotting. Parking charges apply for non NT members (£ 5 up to 4 hours, £7 all day)
