Nordic Walx are sociable Fitness Walxs using Nordic Walking poles, lead by fully qualified instructors who ensure you get the most from your poles. Open to those who have completed the power of Poles Introductory course. Occational Walxs open to all. Suitable for 12 years+, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult, Pre book to guarantee your place. Non National Trust members can qualify for a reduced entry price of £5 with an 'active entry pass' when showing your pre-booked tickets at Visitor Reception on arrival.
